At Uberple, we utilize AI in many of our projects. Some of these projects include a speech-recognition based AI assistant in collaboration with a major mobile phone manufacturer, a question answering AI component for connected and autonomous vehicles, and a default prediction model for different industries.

Project Summary

With DeepSearch and Uberple Data Intelligence, our AI assistant is able to answer users’ finance and investment related questions. Our AI component for vehicles allow smart car drivers to find out information regarding their destination, company details and business related-news. DeepSearch also provides an alert service for credit analysts to monitor a particular industry before a default occurs.

Business Model

DeepSearch is a financial computation engine that allows users to gain insights and answers for any investment-related questions. It is able to perform many tasks, ranging from data extraction and visualization to performing complex event studies. DeepSearch can also help investors make insightful decisions via the research platform, which is able to understand queries, analyze financial big-data and retrieve curated answers.

Main Achievements

We have successfully completed Series A and B funding in 2016 and 2018 respectively, raising approximately $4.5 million. We have also signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Samsung Life Insurance in regards to testing and integrating DeepSearch into their internal systems, as well as with NICE Information Service on collaborating on big-data and AI-base projects. Over the past years, we have built many technology partnerships with major firms including Shinhan Financial Group, Hanwha Life Insurance, and Samsung Electronics.
