We collect behavioral data from consumers visiting the hospital through advertising.
Create a technique to predict the next behavior based on collected consumer behavior data.
To create this technology, we create a server that utilizes machine learning techniques.
And with this server, we build big data and categorize consumer clusters based on learned data.
This classification data allows future consumers to predict the probability of a visitor's visit when visiting a hospital and provide customized medical content. Therefore, the satisfaction of the consumer is raised, and the hospital realizes a more efficient customer relationship management.

Project Summary
The CRM we create will let the user predict the next behavior of the consumer when he enters his reservation information. This includes AI technology, which helps us improve customer relationship management more effectively.

Business Model
"BY&US Inc." has a two-track service. The first is creating an app service that introduces the Doctor. We call it "GLAM" and "Findoc". These two app services introduce the doctor to the consumer and connect the consumer to visit the hospital. And we are creating a CRM system that can store and manage the information of the consumers who visited. We are receiving advertising fees from the "GLAM" and "Findoc" app services. And Doctor's pay for us advertising costs on a CPA basis. The default ad cost is $ 1500. And CRM pays a subscription fee of $ 200 per month.
