Tutoring’s learning contents are manually developed and high cost is expected when we develop new contents in all industries as we would need to use human resources.
Learning contents for specialized lessons in specialized fields require intelligent authoring automation to suit relevant situations.
1. Collect and analyze the student’s keywords
- Collect and analyze the student’s interests, preferred tutors, lesson data (such as chat histories) and level tests to build student’s profile DB which can customize recommendations for the student.
2. Produce visual learning cards
- Create learning cards based on the Contents Builder’s suggestions of words, expressions, and image for inputting learning keywords.
3. Personalized recommendations of visual learning cards and tutors
- Accuracy of learning cards and tutor recommendations are improved by reflecting the personal learning analysis data
Project Summary
It’s based on the analysis of personal learning data and modeling which automatically generates various / specialized learning visual aids. It also creates the infinite personalized learning and recommendation engine which recommends personal customized learning.
Business Model
1. One-to-one On demand live lesson between native tutors and students anytime/anywhere
- Live lessons conducted in real time on mobile tutoring app with tutors who are available all day
2. Makes a strategic difference with live chatting by conducting lessons based on interests of the students
- We have around 780 topics and 9,750 visual learning cards.
3. Requires minimum fund for management by using RTC communication and advanced tutor management system.
- Instead of using call centers which are used in call/ video call or live lesson company, we use RTC communication solution.
- We employ and manage our tutors full time -> on demand tutor pool’s employment and systemization.
- We created a structure which we can employ tutors easily by reducing consumer’s price by 50% but increasing tutor’s income by 30%
