Project Summary

Our project is to bring free illegal segment to legal market. We found solution in personalized advertisement. With user classification and Deep learning video analysis we are going to offer personalized advertisement to watch anime and comic for free. And then we will lead to Subscription model to watch ad free anime.

Business Model

Freemium Service-
We offer AVOD[advertisement video on demand] service to users for free.
And we charge for premium service (SVOD[Subscription video on demand no advertisement])
Our Business Model is vert similar to Youtube Red Service but we focused on Animation and advertisement efficiency.

Main Achievements

Animation Streaming service launched June 2017. Monthly revenue has grown by 6600% so far.
We ranked top 5 in cartoon category in google android application.
