exoRehab - ICT rehabilitation solution

Project Summary

exoRehab is the SW-HW converged rehabilitation solution. An user who needs a physical rehab wears the exoRehab wearable device and executes the gamified rehab programs. The user's data is sent to medical staffs to provide a help to make the best diagnosis. At the same time, our own Exo-AI customize the user's rehab process based on his body data. As a result, exoRehab will make people who need physical rehab recover their common life more effectively and shortly.

Business Model

1. Entry Level
- Business-to-Business(B2B) model
- While cooperating with medical institutes, we sell exoRehab solution mainly to hospitals.

2. Middle Level
- Business-to-Bussiness-to-Customer(B2B2C) model
- While selling exoRehab solution to medical institutes, we start marketing and sales to individual customers with rental services.
- We secure medical institutes and dealers as distribution channels.

3 . Final Level
- Expansion of business models
- With accumulated data, exoRehab provides personalized and optimized rehab program.
